Enquiries, quotes and bookings
- Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or any obligation to pay.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated and depend on availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and you complete the agreed payment.
- Hotels, transport and activities are provided by independent partners under their own terms, including cancellation rules, which we share before you pay.

To the extent permitted by law, Raahzo's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid directly to Raahzo for the service concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
