- Day 1 — Met on arrival, settled in, family updated
A Raahzo arrival assistant meets your parents at the Varanasi airport or railway station, helps with luggage and travels with them to the hotel, which is chosen for vehicle access, a lift and reasonable proximity to a hospital. The assistant helps with check-in, confirms room details and walks your parents through the plan for the coming days. No sightseeing today beyond an optional view of the river from the hotel. You receive a family update with the room and contact details.
- Day 2 — Assisted Kashi Vishwanath darshan
The day's single focus is darshan at Kashi Vishwanath, timed for an early slot when queues are typically shorter. A Raahzo companion accompanies your parents from the hotel, handles lockers for phones and bags, and coordinates wheelchair or assisted access within the Kashi Vishwanath Dham corridor where the temple offers it. Queue times vary widely, and some days — Mondays, Shravan and festivals — can be very crowded, so we may recommend adjusting the date. Back at the hotel for breakfast and a long rest. In the evening, a seated or boat view of the Ganga aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, with the companion present.
- Day 3 — Sunrise on the river, Sankat Mochan and the BHU temple
An optional sunrise boat ride from a ghat with manageable steps, with the companion helping your parents board and sit comfortably. After breakfast and rest, a cab visit to Sankat Mochan temple and then the New Vishwanath Temple on the BHU campus, which is spacious, calm and easier underfoot than the old city. Lunch and an afternoon rest. The evening is optional: a gentle sit at Assi Ghat for the quieter aarti, or dinner at the hotel. A family update summarises the day and how your parents are feeling.
- Day 4 — Unhurried departure with coordination
A relaxed breakfast, packing help and checkout coordinated with the hotel. The companion or assistant accompanies your parents to the airport or station and helps with check-in, luggage and any pre-requested wheelchair assistance. You receive a final update when they are through security or seated on the train.
