Konark Sun Temple
A 13th-century stone chariot for the Sun God, carved with 24 wheels and drawn by seven horses. Odisha's only UNESCO World Heritage monument and the reason most people come to Konark at all.

Ramachandi Temple
A small, older shrine to the goddess Ramachandi where the Kushabhadra River meets the sea, about 7 km from the Sun Temple on the Puri–Konark marine road. Locally regarded as Konark's presiding deity and predating the Sun Temple itself.
